A great culture doesn’t stop at the front door. Neither do we.
Every year our people nominate the causes they actually care about, then the whole company votes. The winners are announced at the holiday party — and the checks are real, handed over in person, usually under a blizzard of confetti.
We co-host the Capital District’s charity ping pong tournament with other local businesses — and we usually bring the tables. Players buy in, the bracket runs, and whoever takes it home picks where the money goes. We’ve run it at the office and packed the house at Frog Alley Brewing.
We bring Schenectady High School students into the office — walk them around, sit them down, and let our engineers just talk to them. No formal pitch, no pipeline program. Just honest conversation about what a career in software really looks like, in a real building, with real people. They’ve come back more than once.
